     Italian Rub Pork Loin

Ingredients
3 lb pork loin (boneless)
2 tbsp pepper
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
2 tsp basil
2 tsp rosemary
2 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
 

Instructions
Rinse pork and pat dry. Mix other ingredients together and rub on all sides of pork loin.
Roast at 350 degrees for 1 -1 1/4 hours (about 20 minutes per pound) and internal temp reaches 145-150 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
