     caramel Brownies

Ingredients
mix- A --- 1 german chocolate cake mix
3/4 cup melted margarine
1/3 cup evaporated milk
6 oz chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans(optional)
14 oz kraft caramels
1/3 cup evaporated milk
 
(1 small can of evaporated milk is 2/3 cup)

Instructions
Pour 1/2 of mixture A into bottom of a 13x9x2 pan Bake @ 350 for 5 minutes pour 6 oz chocolate chips & optional 1 cup chopped pecans over top
Melt - 14oz Kraft caramels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk - stir until smooth Pour over top of chocolate chips & nuts
Pour remaining half of mixture A(cake mixture) over the caramel Bake @ 350 for 20 minutes cool before slicing
