     Pam's Never Fail Pie Crust

Ingredients
4 cups flour
(Patty does 3 cups white and 1 cup whole wheat )
1 1/2 cups shortening
1 Tbls sugar
1 1/2 tea salt
1 egg (beaten)
1 Tbls vinegar
1/2 cup water
 

Instructions
To the 1/2c water mix the egg and vinegar. Add enough water to this to equal 1 cup. This is a very wet dough-I would hold back on some of the water to see how moist the flour is.
Mix by hand- flour, sugar and salt. Mix the egg, water and vinegar liquid together and then add to the dry ingredients. Makes 2 double crusts. Separate into 4 balls of dough and wrap in plastic. Refrigerate before using.
