1 lb Elbow Macaroni, cooked

2 lb Ground beef, browned

1 Family size Cream of mushroom soup

2 lb Velveeta
|

Large White Onion, chopped

1 large cans and 1 small can of Rotel
|
|
Cumin (to taste)
|
|
1/4 teaspoon Oregano
|
|
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Salt

Instructions |

|
In a large bowl mix all ingredients. Place into a casserole dish.
|

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until hot. Remove cover for last 10 to 15 minutes to brown the top.
