In skillet brown sausage meat. Spray slow-cooker with a little
cooking spray to keep from cheese sticking. Place browned meat
into cooker. Break lasagna noodles into 1-2 inch pieces and place
in cooker. Add ricotta cheese, 3 cups mozzarella cheese, pasta
sauce, parsley, and minced garlic. Season to taste if so desire. Stir
to combine evenly throughout. Cover and cook on low heat 4-6
hours. About 10 minutes before serving sprinkle remaining
mozzarella and cover until served. Makes the best lasagna I've ever
had if I do say so myself.
