Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 egg
milk until thin
 

Instructions
heat griddle/pan to high heat (8/9) with a little oil
mix dry ingredients, egg and a little milk. Add milk until thin
pour batter in griddle and spread thin; flip blintz when bubbles appear in the middle; brown other side and then remove
Serving Suggestions
add cottage cheese and preserves to middle; roll blintz and add whipped topping
