     Helen's Beans - Pressure Cooker

Ingredients
1 medium onion chopped and sautéed
1 cup of water or stock
tomatoes
1 tbsp of tomato paste
potatoes
green beans
zucchini sliced
parsley and cinnamon stick - optional
 
Instructions
put 1st 6 ingredients in pressure cooker and cook for 10 mins
add sliced zucchini and cook for another 5-10 minutes
