Preheat oven to 425 Degrees
grease baking sheet and set aside
In large mixing bowl, whisk together four, pecans and baking powder. Slice butter into small pieces and add to bowl.
Cut in butter, add milk and syrup and stir to form soft ball
turn out onto lightly floured surface. Knead 5-6 times. roll dough into 9 inch circle, cut into wedges and place wedges on baking sheet.
Cook 15-18 mintues
maple glaze 1 cup powdered sugar 1/4 tsp maple extract 2 tabsp. cream
