Beat egg whites until stiff and set aside.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt and set aside.
In a mixer, beat together crisco, sugar, egg yolks, and liquor.
Alternate pouring in flour mixture and orange juice into mixer.
When done- fold in egg whites.
In a separate bowl, combine 2 heaping tbsp of batter with the
cocoa.
Pour batter into a greased tubular pan and put cocoa mixture all
around and fold in.
Bake for approximately 50 minutes at 350 F.
