8 zucchini
|

3 large onions

3 cloves of garlic

2 tbsp dill

2 tbsp parsley

2 pkg soup mix

Instructions |

|
In a large pot, saute onions and garlic in oil.
Add in zucchini, dill, parsley and basil.
|
|
|
|
Boil 7 cups of water and mix in soup mix.
Add to pot.
|
|
|
|
Sprinkle salt and pepper and bring to a boil.
Reduce flame and cook for approximately 30 minutes.
|
|
|
|
When done, blend the soup.
