2 tbsp oil
2 onions
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup duck sauce
1/2 cup apricot jam
2 tbsp honey
chicken breasts
 
Instructions
combine sauce ingredients over stove top. saute onions and peppers in oil. pour sauce and vegetables over chicken and bake.
