|
a) Take a spoon of yogurt and add a few saffron threads. Leave aside for 10 minutes.
b) Take the remaining yogurt in a long vessel and add the water. Mix well with a blender or whisk a few times.

a) Add the sugar and mix again.
b) Add the saffron yogurt and crushed almonds. Mix well.
|
|
|
a) Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.This should help develop the saffron colour and taste in the lassi.
b) Pour into glasses and garnish with chopped pistachio (optional)
