     Mushroom Onion Cheese Quiche

Ingredients
2 eggs
i package mushrooms
2 medium onions
1 container cottage cheese
mozarella cheese
salt
pepper
phyllo dough
oil
 
garlic powder
Instructions
spread phyllo dough over a circular pan and bake to defrost.
saute mushrooms and onions in oil and garlic powder. Combine in a bowl with eggs, cheesed, salt and pepper.
Pour over phyllo dough. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake until golden.
