In large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, 3/4 cup brown
sugar, and brownlated sugar.
Add in the eggs one at a time, beating just to combine after each
addition.
Mix in the vanilla and rest of the brown sugar.
Combine flour, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, baking soda and
salt.
Add to mixture.
Stir in white chocolate chips.
Pour batter into a greased pan and sprinkle turbinado sugar on top.
Bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes.
