     White Chocolate Chip Gingerbread Bars

Ingredients
2 cups flour minus 2 tbsp
2 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp margarine
1 cup dark brown sugar (divided into 3/4 and 1/4)
 
6 tbsp brownulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup white chocolate chips
turbinado sugar for sprinkling

Instructions
In large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, 3/4 cup brown sugar, and brownlated sugar. Add in the eggs one at a time, beating just to combine after each addition. Mix in the vanilla and rest of the brown sugar.
Combine flour, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, baking soda and salt. Add to mixture. Stir in white chocolate chips.
Pour batter into a greased pan and sprinkle turbinado sugar on top. Bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes.
