1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, rinsed and dried
Instructions
Whisk lemon and milk together, let sit to thicken.
Combine dry ingredients.
Whisk egg and milk mixture together. Add melted butter. Make well in center o dry ingredients and pour in milk mixture and mix until just combined (a few lumps are OK, do not over beat).
Pour 1/4 cup batter on griddle, add 1 Tbs. berries.
