     Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
1 dozen eggs
2 tsp dijon mustard
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 Tsp minced onion
1/4 tsp tobasco
Salt and Pepper
Paprika
 

Instructions
Hard boil eggs. Peel and slice each egg in half. Gently remove the yolk and place in small bowl. Arrange the egg white halves on platter. Using fork, mash the yolks and add mustard, mayonnaise, onion, tobasco and salt and pepper. Spoon yolk mixture into halves. Sprinkle with paprika.
Not exactly the recipe I used in past, think used regular mustard instead of dijon.
