One package of Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened

small can of diced black olives
|

2 small cans of green chilis
|

one small jar of red pimientos diced
|

one bunch of green onions, sliced with at least an inch of the chives

Large flour tortillas
|

Your favorite salsa, jar or homemade

Instructions |
|
|
Mix green onions, pimientos, olives, and chilis together and gently fold into cream cheese.
|

|
Spread a layer of the mixture onto flour tortilla and roll. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to make cream cheese firm again so it is easier to cut.
|

|
Cut into slices, 1 cm wide.
|
|
|
Add diced chicken or crab meat if desired for a heartier appetizer.
