Slowly heat butter in sauce pan, remove from heat, add flour, stirring to make smooth paste gradually add mikl, stirring til smooth. Over med heat bring mixture to boiling, stirring reduce heat to simmer. remove from heat stir in beef; reheat gently; serve over toast.
