     Baked Beef Brisket

Ingredients
2 1/2 Lbs. straight cut boneless Beef Brisket
1/2 c Ketchup
1/2 c Water
1/4 t instant minced onion
1 T cider vinegar
1 1/2 t prepared mustard
1 1/2 t bottled white horseradish
1/2 t salt
1/8 pepper
 

Instructions
Place beef fat side up in heavy casserole dish. Mix together the remaining ingredients and our over beef. Cover tightly and bake in a 300 degree oven until very tender about 3 1/2 hours.
Refrigerate beef and gravy separately overnight.
Slice beef thin, arrange in an oblong 2 qt glass dish. Remove hardened fat from gravy then pour gravy over beef.
Cover tightly with foil and reheat in a preheated 350 degree oven until bubbling hot~about 30 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
Serving Suggestions
Great with Scalloped potatoes
