     Mango Chutney

Ingredients
3 med apples
2 lg mangoes I use fresh or frozen chopped
1/2 sweet red pepper chopped
1 1/2 c sugar
1 c diced onion
1/2 c golden rasins
1/2 c white vinegar
1/4 c finely chopped fresh ginger peeled
1 t lemon juice
 
2 T curry powder I use half hot and half med
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
Put in a large pot all except last 4 ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and boil gently stirring often for 20 min. Add last 4 ingredients. Cook another 5 min till proper thickness.
I double triple or quadruple the recipe. Put in sterilized jars and seal.
