     Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients
Cook 1 c rice in 2 1/2 c water and cool
Wash take off top and seed tomatoes reserve some of the pulp.
 

Instructions
fry in olive oil lots of garlic onion and celery chopped fine. Add fresh parsely and mint. Salt pepper cinnamon and fried hamburger. Add some of the chopped tomato to the hamburger as it is frying up. cook until juices are evaporated. Stir in the rice.
Stuff the tomatoes and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Place caps back on the tomatoes and bake for 1/2 an hour at 350.
