Ingredients
12 cloves garlic, roasted
1/4 c water
2 cans garbanzo beans (chick peas)
2 Tblsp lemon juice
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dark sesame oil
1 Tblsp fresh parsley, minced
salt and pepper
 

Instructions
In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Stir in parsley. Cover and chill.
Serving Suggestions
Great dip for chicken strips, fresh veggies or in a wrap. 184 cal; 11 g protein; 2.5 g fat; 31 g carb
