     Pickled Midget Corn

Ingredients
3 quarts small corn 3 to 4 inches long
1/8 c pickling salt
Sauce-
1 1/4 pints vinegar (2 1/2 cups)
1 c water
2 1/2 c sugar
2 oz pickling spice tied in a cheese cloth bag
pinch of tumeric for color
 

Instructions
Boil the corn with the salt and a pot of water 10 to 15 min depending on the size. Drain and pack into sterilized jars and pour on hot sauce and seal. Let sit for a few weeks to develop flavor.
