In a large cooking pot begin with heating the cartons of broth while removing the chicken from the bone and dice. Add chicken (or any other meat of your choice)to the pot along with frozen veggies and diced potatoes and onions. Bring to a rolling boil. While boiling, add cornstarch mixture until thick, stirring constantly. Season at your discretion.

Remove from heat and ladle hot soup mix into deep casserole dish with a lid, leaving enough room on top for expanding biscuits. (Approximately 2 inches) Finally, add a layer of frozen biscuits on top, cover and bake at 400 degrees only until biscuits are done/brown. Turn oven off let set 10-15 minutes.
