Sprinkle an 18x24 strip of foil with powdered sugar.In a heavy saucepan, mix sugar, corn syrup, and water. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Boil without stirring until 310 deg on candy thermometer. Remove from heat. Stir in 4 drops of desired color and 4 drops of desired flavoring. Pour onto foil. Cool. Break into pieces. Store in an air tight container.
