Boil macaroni as per box directions in salt water. Rinse with cold water. Combine onion, celery, chopped tuna, 6 hard boiled eggs cold chopped, mayo, mustard, salt & pepper. (Add optional olives & cheese.) Mix thoroughly.
Then add cooked, cold & firm peas from all angles by sectioning your salad with a wide spatula or paddle. Be careful not to over stir. Delicate peas will breakdown and squish. Dump into serving dish and top with 2 sliced boiled eggs and paprika. Refrigerate until cool.
Serve with any meal as a side dish. Great for picnics & holidays too.
