Combine all ingredients. Add milk until thick batter forms. Drop by tsp into hot oil. Hush puppies are done when they float and/or brown.
When heated at high temperatures most oils are bad for your health. Coconut oil has a higher burn peek than most oils and is better for you. Coconut oils is superior for cooking & baking.
