     Praline Pecan Crunch

Ingredients
1 (16 oz.) box Quaker Oat Squares
2 cups pecans
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
 
Instructions
Heat oven to 250 degrees Combine cereal and pecans in 13X9 inch greased pan. Set aside.
Combine corn syrup, brown sugar, and butter in 2 cup bowl. Microwave on high 1 1/2 minutes; stir. Microwave again, until boiling.
Stir in vanilla and baking soda and pour over cereal mixture. Stir to coat evenly.
Bake 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes. Spread on baking sheet to cool; break into pieces.
