     Potato Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
32 oz frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
16 oz sour cream
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 large onion, diced
1/2 cup parmesean cheese
 

Instructions
Thaw potatoes slightly. Mix sour cream, soup, melted butter, cheese and onion. Mix in potatoes. Place in greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with parmesean cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
