Ingredients
6 cups frozen corn kernels
6 tbs bter
3 cups cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 tsp sugar
1 tbs cornstarch
parsley to garnish
 

Instructions
put butter in large deep skillet over medium heat. when butter foams add frozen corn; cook and stir 1-2 minutes. add the cream. salt and pepper. bring to a gentle simmer. reduce heat to medium low. simmer for 15 to 20 minutesor until the corn is tender and the sauce has thickened slightly, stirring occasionally.
stir in the sugar and continue to cook until the mixture is thick, another few minutes, adding a little more cream if necessary. if you'd like it thicker, combine the cornstarchwith a tablespoon of cold water and stir it into the corn. garnish with parsley.
