Place codfish in pan with enough water to cover.
|
|
|
|
Add other ingredients; bring to a boil
|
|
|
|
Turn down heat and simmer 12 minutes
|
|
|
|
Remove fish carefully; drizzle with melted butter
and spring with parsley if desire.
