Sweet and Sour Sauce (Red)

Ingredients

	1/4 c ketchup
	1/4 c vinegar
	1/4 c water
	1/2 c sugar
	pinch salt


Instructions


Bring to a boil. Add a tsp of cornstarch mixed with water. 1 tsp lemon juice after removing from heat.


I have also made this into a pineapple sauce useing canned chunk pinapple and some of the juice in place of water. Great with chicken balls.
