     Arlene's Tortellini

Ingredients
1 T butter
1/4 c green onions chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1 can tomato sauce to line pan
could use canned spag sauce
1 c mushrooms diced
2 T flour
2 c milk
2/3 c parmesan cheese
 
salt pepper
3/4 lb fresh or frozen tortelini
1 1/2 c mozza shredded
oregano & basil

Instructions
In a 9x13 pan spreads tomato sauce. Sprinkle with oregano and basil if it has no seasonings.
Parmesan Mushroom Sauce- Melt marg in a large frying pan. Saute onions and mushrooms till liquid is gone. Blend flour into mushrooms and saute 2 min. Gradually add milk.Stir and cook till thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in parmesan and salt & pepper.
Cook and drain tortelini and add to mushroom mixture.Spread over tomato sauce layer. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20 min at 350. May have to turn on broiler to brown.
