     Big Boy Blue Cheese Dressing

3 2/3 lb blue cheese- 2oz
2 2/3 gal mayo- 16 oz
4 oz salt- 1/4 T
4 oz pepper- 1/4 T
3 oz ground garlic- 1/4 T
12 oz veg oil- 3/4 oz
8 oz white vinegar- 3/4 oz
1 gal sour cream- 4 oz
2 pints buttermilk- 1 oz
 
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except cheese for 3 min on med speed. Add cheese and mix for 1 min more
