Cream oleo and sugar; add aggas and mix well. Add water, flour, baking soda, and cinnamon; mix wall. Stir in apples. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Just before putting in oven, sprinkle cake batter with brown sugar and nuts. Nake for an hour at 325 degrees.
