Mix sugar and syrup in sauce pan. Cook over medium heat until mixture begins to bubble. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter. Add rice crispies and mix well. Press into buttered 9x13 pan. Melt chocolate chips and spread over Rice Crispies.
