     Chocolate Syrup for Ice Cream

Ingredients
C. Cocoa
2 C. Sugar
2 C. Water
1/4 tsp salt
1 TBSP Vanilla
 
Instructions
Combine first 4 ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Boil for until smooth and thick, stirring or beating with rotary beater.
Remove from heat, cool & add vanilla. Store in tightly capped bottle. This mix is a bit thinner than store-bought and mixes so much easier!
