     Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
1 pound short pasta (elbow, penne, etc)
1 pound EXTRA sharp cheddar cheese - sliced thin
optional - sliced hot dogs sauteed or diced ham
about 1 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Cook pasta until almost done. Coat casserole dish with cooking spray (Pam). Layer pasta, hot dogs, cheese, salt and pepper finishing with a cheese layer. Add milk (until it reaches about half the depth of the dish).
Cover dish with lid or foil. Bake at 350 for about an hour.
Serving Suggestions
Spinach and stewed tomatoes.
