     (OZ) SIMPLE SAUSAGE GRAVY

Ingredients
1 lb. favorite GROUND PORK SAUSAGE
2 cups WHOLE MILK
3 Tbl. COLD WATER
1 Tbl. CORN STARCH
1/2 teas. SALT
1/2 teas. coarse BLACK PEPPER
 

Instructions
Pan-fry and scramble sausage until browned. Drain about half the grease.
Stir in milk, salt, and pepper.
Mix well corn starch and water. Stir into gravy.
Simmer until thickened to desired consistancy, stirring occasionally. Gravy will thicken upon setting.
Serving Suggestions
Serve over split jumbo biscuits, with tomato slices on the side.
