     Beef Sroganoff

Ingredients
1 T butter
1 T oil
1 lb sirloin steak
1/2 lb mushrooms sliced
1/2 c chopped onions
1 clove minced garlic
1 beef bouillion cube
1 bottle beer (1/4 c reserved)
1 T tomato paste
 
1 tsp worcestershire
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
3 T flour
1/4 c reserved beer
1 c sour cream
parsely

Instructions
Cut beef into 1/2 inch wide strips and toss with the 1 T flour. Melt butter and oil in frying pan. Brown meat quickly on all sides and remove from pan. To the pan add mushrooms onion and garlic. Cook stirring often about 5 min. Return meat to the pan.
Reserve 1/4 c beer. Add remaining beer beef cube and tomato paste worcestershire pepper and salt. Cover and simmer 30 min. stirring occasionaly. Taste and ajust seasonings.
Serve over noodles.
