     Marinated Zesty Salmon

Ingredients
1/3 cup lea & perrins Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground giner (optional)
2 scallions, chopped
1 pound salmon fillet
 

Instructions
In small bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the salmon. Put the salmon in small baking dish and pour 1/4 cup of the marinade over the fish; turn to coat.
Reserve the remaining marinade for basting. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Remove the almon from the marinade. Grill or broil the salmon, turning once and basting with reserved marinade, until the fish is done, about 4 minutes per side.
