     Expresso Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients
1 stick unsalted butter
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 teaspoons expresso powder
 

Instructions
Dissolve the expresso powder in the vanilla. Whip the butter on medium high for 5 minutes, reduce the speed to low, and add a little powdered sugar at a time until all is mixed then return speed to medium high and whip until fluffy.
Add the vanilla and expresso mixture and continue whipping until completely incorporated.
