     Grandma Daisy's Rhubarb Cream Pie

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 Tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 Tablespoon butter
2 eggs, well beaten
3 1/2 cup rhubarb, cut small (use fresh if you can)
1 pie shell (double crust)
 

Instructions
Blend first four items. Add eggs; beat until smooth. Pour over rhubarb which is in pie crust Top with other crust. Cut several places to ventilate.
Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees for additional 30 minutes. Press the edges of the crusts together before baking.
