Place a cooked lasagna noodle at the bottom of one sprayed nonstick muffin tin. Layer the noodle with tomato sauce, Parmesan, ricotta, and a large pinch of shredded mozzarella. Top with another cooked lasagna noodle, and gently press down.
Repeat step 1 procedure one more time.
Place some tomato sauce, a basil sprig, and a large pinch of mozzarella over the top lasagna noodle. Repeat in each muffin tin for the desired servings.
Cook in a 375 degree oven for 17 to 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden brown.
