Stir together cream cheese and mayonnaise in a medium bowl until
smooth. Stir in green chiles and jalapeno peppers. Pour mixture
into a microwave safe serving dish, and sprinkle with Parmesan
cheese.
Microwave on Hight until hot, about 3 minutes
