Pour 2 to 3 cups of sugar in a pan and mixed until it melts. Pour the melted
sugar in the pan. Using heat gloves tilt the pan so the sugar can cover the
sides of the pan.
Note- The sugar gets really hot, so be real careful when doing this step

Place 1 and half can of Condense milk, 1 and half can of milk (use the
condense milk can to measure the milk) and 3 eggs in the blender and mix it
well. Pour the content in the pan over the sauce, and repeat STEP 2

Cook in Banho Maria (a cooking technique where you put one saucepan or a
pyrex bowl inside another saucepan, the bottom one has water in it, and they
go on the stove)
Place the Flan pan inside a pyrex with water and cook it for 1-30 to 2 hours at
350. To test if it ready use a tooth pick or a fork. Leave it out until cools off
than place it in the refrigerator for several hours before serving.

To remove from the pan, use a spoon to loosen the flan around the top and the
middle and gently shake it side ways. Place the serving dish on top of the Flan
dish and holding tight flip the dish. Depending on the amount of Sugar sauce
it is better to use a serving dish that will allow some sauce to sit on the
bottom.

This is a really sweet dish, so keep the slice on the smaller side.
