Gradually beat in 3 cups of powdered sugar until smooth, beat in enough milk ( 1 or 2 tablespoons) to make a fluffy frosting. This is just a guessing game, I don’t think I have ever used 3 cups of powdered sugar but just keep using enough until its thick enough to spread. I usually add the milk before the powered sugar.
Remember to keep the cake in the refrigerator as the frosting will go bad if not kept cold.
