     Teriyaki Chicken Wings

3 pounds of chicken wings
1 c. soy sauce
1 c. brown suger
1/2 c. ketchup
2 tsp. minced ginger
2 gloves garlic minced
1/4 cub dry wine
1/2 c. hoisin sauce
1 T. fresh lime juice
3 T. sesame seeds
1/4 c. green onions (optional)

Broil the chix wings 10 minutes on each side or until browned. Transfer them to the crockpot slow cooker. Add the remaining ingredients, except the hoison sauce, lime juice, sesame seeds & green onions. Stir thorougly.
Cook covered on Low 5-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours. Stir occasionally. Remove them & reserve 1/4 c. of the juice. Combine this with the hoisin sauce & lime juice. Drizzle over wings. Top with sesame seeds & onions.
