|
- heat oil in a pan.
- add chopped garlic and fry
- saute the chopped onions in the oil till golden
brown.add a little bit of salt to fasten the
process.
- then add 1 oxo cube and mix
- add salt and pepper to taste.
- add one or 2 spoons of pesto and fry on low
heat.
- then add tomato puree or maggi sauce .... vary
the sauce depending on how tomatoish you want it
to be

- in a separate pan heat a little butter and fry
the mushrooms
- add the mushrooms to sauce and cook for some
time
- add all the seasoning
- add little milk and cook

- you can vary the quantity of milk
- add cream instead of milk
- cook the pasta in water and little oil
|
