     Slow Cooker Beef Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1 lb beef stew meat
1 1/2 cups chopped red potatoes
1 onion
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 bay leaves
2 cans beef broth
1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
 
1 can great northern beans, drained
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables

Instructions
Mix all ingredients in slow cooker except mixed frozen vegetables. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours. Add vegetables. Raise temperature to high and cook for 20 to 30 minutes. Remove bay leaf before serving.
